My Story An Overview
In August 2019, I faced a turning point – overweight, unhealthy, and diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It was a wakeup call that sparked my determination to change my life.
Joining Weight Watchers marked the beginning of my transformative journey. Within the first six months, I shed 50lbs, fueling my motivation to persevere. Eager to share my success, I launched @livewell_with_michelle on Instagram, gaining momentum with each post.
Now boasting 34,000 followers, I proudly serve as a Weight Watchers Canada Ambassador. Having lost almost 130 lbs, fitness has become my lifestyle. Featured in media outlets like the Free Press Lifestyle section, I’ve shared my journey through various mediums.
Dedicated to my fitness regimen, I belong to two gyms because one isn’t enough. Lifting and pushing heavy weights have become my passion; after all, strength is undeniably sexy.
Every morning, you’ll find me in the gym at 5 am. Rest days are a challenge as I stay disciplined and reflect on how proud I am of my remarkable progress.
Looking ahead to 2024, my goals are clear – to keep pushing forward and wholeheartedly embrace this fitness lifestyle that has become my lifelong passion. We have one life, and I’m determined to live it fully, not merely exist in it!
