In Week 11, the fitness and nutrition journey has been remarkable. I'm concentrating on improving my upper body, steering away from daily leg workouts. Lymphatic massages have worked wonders, trimming 4.5 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my thighs, and 1 inch off my arms in 5 sessions.


Nutrition requires more attention; though I eat well, I'm working on boosting protein and ensuring three meals a day. Rarely snacking is a positive habit. On the numbers front, I've shed 28lbs, aiming to increase my Mounjaro dose to 10ml this week.


In terms of fitness, playing pickleball twice a week is a new joy, but it demands rest days for unfamiliar muscles. Listening to my body is crucial for repair and growth.


Achieving goals brings pride, and I'm motivated to share my story, inspiring others along the way.
