Week 10 26.01.2024
I've reached the 10-week milestone, maintaining a steady 26-pound loss. Currently on a 7.5ml injection for seven weeks, planning to increase to 10ml after the next dose.
High energy levels attributed to consistent gym sessions. Starting to play pickleball, which is so fun. Noticing positive body changes, especially in my face
While initial food noise has subsided, I'm regularly consuming healthy fats, protein, and carbs without the urge to snack. Daily intake includes a protein shake, overnight oats or egg whites for breakfast, salad with protein for lunch, and lean protein with vegetables for dinner (avoiding broccoli due to bloating).
Feeling fantastic, with the weight melting off, and excited to continue the journey.
